At Game Crave Tournament Store, we want you to look your best on and off the stage. If your tournament apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, then securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
